U.S. market entry · dental products
A practical route into the U.S. dental market.
A fixed-fee U.S. launch service for overseas dental-product manufacturers. CuspKite prepares the commercial plan, distributor materials, listing templates, and sample coordination needed for a U.S. market entry.
The launch package
The commercial details, brought into focus.
A U.S.-focused commercial launch service for overseas dental-product manufacturers. The scope is fixed before work starts; this is commercial planning, not regulatory approval or a promise of market results.
One-time · billed in full at engagement
The included deliverables and limits below are agreed before the engagement begins.
- 01
U.S. pricing strategy
Category landscape; wholesale and retail recommendations; distributor, retailer, and manufacturer margins; and a rationale for the recommended U.S. prices.
- 02
Distributor kit
Product one-pager or sell-sheet template, pharmacy talking points, an ROI and margin summary, and up to five targeted distributor profiles. Profiles do not guarantee introductions; the manufacturer handles outreach.
- 03
Listing templates
Templates for up to three platforms, for example Amazon, Walmart, and a regional pharmacy. The manufacturer or a third party creates and manages live listings.
- 04
Initial sample coordination
A coordination protocol for one initial sample batch. Sample production and testing are excluded.
- 05
Pre-market launch plan
A plan through marketplace activation and initial distributor outreach, with milestones and responsibilities.
Revision limit: Up to two revision rounds are included across the launch deliverables.
Launch package boundaries
The launch fee excludes ongoing distributor relationships or sales support, continuous compliance monitoring or recertification, custom 510(k), FDA, or notified-body filings, production or lab testing, legal-entity formation, import licensing, customs compliance, and ongoing marketplace optimization or reporting.
A clear starting point
Start with what you know. Build from there.
You don’t need a complete U.S. plan to begin. Share the context you have; CuspKite reviews the enquiry and follows up before any scope or engagement is confirmed.
- 01
Share the product context
Send an enquiry with your product, intended U.S. customers or channels, known regulatory status or documentation (unknown is fine), desired timing, and the support you need. CuspKite reviews it and follows up; submission is not an instant quote or a confirmed job.
- 02
Agree on a fixed scope
Confirm the fixed deliverables and $12,000 USD launch fee before work starts. The fee is billed once, in full, at engagement.
- 03
Prepare for the launch
Develop the commercial materials and align the activities needed to move your plan forward.
Planning with context
Regulatory requirements belong in the conversation.
FDA requirements depend on the product and its intended use. CuspKite provides commercial planning, not FDA clearance or regulatory approval.
Known status or documentation can help inform commercial planning, but an unknown FDA status is acceptable. Product-specific requirements should be confirmed with qualified regulatory support.

Common questions
Before we talk.
Is the launch package fixed-fee?
The U.S. launch fee is $12,000 USD, one time and billed in full at engagement. Its fixed scope is agreed before work begins. Submit an enquiry for review and follow-up; it is not an instant or confirmed quote or job.
Can CuspKite continue after the package?
An optional $2,000 USD monthly retainer is available by enquiry, with no automatic signup or payment. It covers up to two additional distributor prospect profiles per month, co-drafted outreach emails or call scripts, listing recommendations only when you share metrics, and a monthly actions, blockers, and decisions record. Scope resets monthly; unused hours do not roll over. It excludes sample production, filings, lab testing, dedicated account management, and on-site visits. Rush or emergency work is separate at $150 USD per hour with a two-hour minimum.
What is outside the launch package?
The launch fee excludes ongoing distributor relationships or sales support, continuous compliance monitoring or recertification, custom 510(k), FDA, or notified-body filings, production or lab testing, legal-entity formation, import licensing, customs compliance, and ongoing marketplace optimization or reporting. CuspKite provides commercial planning, not FDA clearance or regulatory approval; product-specific requirements should be reviewed with qualified regulatory support.
Do I need to know my FDA status before reaching out?
No. Unknown FDA status is acceptable. Share any status or documentation you already have, or tell us it’s unknown. CuspKite handles commercial planning, not FDA clearance or regulatory approval; confirm product-specific requirements with qualified regulatory support.
What information helps with an enquiry?
Share the product type or description, intended U.S. customers or channels, known regulatory status or documentation (unknown is fine), desired timing, and the support you are seeking. CuspKite reviews the enquiry and follows up; sending it does not confirm a quote or job.
